Shipping Policy

All items bought on sale are final; exceptions may apply. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@motierlafayette.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

In-Store Exchanges & Returns
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. All In-Store Purchases must be returned within 14 Days from the date of purchase. In-store purchases may be returned for In-Store Credit Only. All purchases on sale items are Final. 

Online Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will contact you for the exchange. Items may be returned or exchanged for another item or in-store credit. 

Purchases are eligible for return for store credit or may be refunded. Items must be received back to the store within 7 business days of receiving Online orders.

Items bought for Christmas are an exception regarding the amount of time in-between purchase and return date. Christmas items must be exchanged within 2 Weeks from Christmas Day.

Shipping charges and any discounted items are FINAL SALEAll packages shipped are expected to be received within a week except for Pre-Ordered items. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the difference was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
